Many dead in Iraq car bombing

Two car bombs have killed at least 62 people and wounded 150 others in central Baghdad, police say.

The blasts went off less than a minute apart near two prominent government institutions - the ministry of justice and the headquarters of the Baghdad provincial administration.
"They are targeting the government and the political process in the country,'' a spokesman for the Baghdad security service told the Associated Press news agency on Sunday.
In August, blasts near government ministries killed almost 100 people and wounded hundreds in Iraq's bloodiest day this year.
